30-day money-back guarantee
PathLingua.com offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us at support@pathlingua.com and we will help coordinate your request with Paddle.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation you will keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods outside the 30-day guarantee window.
